Hey there!

I'M IBY.

Welcome! I’m So Glad You’re Here.

I’m Iby—an Occupational Therapist, ADHD Coach, and proud ADHD-er. I’m also a Neuro OT who loves all things BRAIN-related!

So, what led me to ADHD coaching for OTs?

Like many, I flew under the radar as a kid—earning good grades, being well-behaved, and doing everything “right.” But behind the scenes? I was stressed and worked twice as hard as my neurotypical peers to keep up.

It wasn’t until after grad school that I finally received my ADHD diagnosis. And while I could have asked, "Is it too late?"—the truth was, it was just the beginning. Understanding my brain brought me peace, self-assurance, clarity and direction to build systems that actually worked for me. Instead of fighting against my ADHD, I learned to leverage my strengths.

But being an OT with ADHD came with its own set of challenges.

Patient care and being an empathetic provider came naturally to me—but the other demands of being an OT? That’s where I struggled.

I struggled.
I questioned my abilities.
I was afraid of failing.

And I know I’m not the only OT with ADHD who has felt this way.

The good news? Self-doubt and overwhelm don’t have to be the norm.

Over time, I adapted (as OTs do!) and created ADHD-friendly systems that helped me stay organized, manage my time, and thrive in my practice—without burnout.

As a Neuro OT, I help people recovering from strokes and various types of brain injuries improve attention, memory, processing speed, and executive function—all things that people with ADHD struggle with too. My work in cognitive rehabilitation has deepened my understanding of ADHD brains and how to create strategies that truly work.

Now, I’m on a mission to help other OTs with ADHD do the same.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, second-guessing yourself, or struggling to keep up with the demands of your job—I see you. I hear you. And I completely understand.

Let’s work together to create sustainable systems so you can stop feeling stuck and start feeling confident, capable, and in control of your OT career.

You don’t have to figure this out alone—let’s thrive together!
